Alex began writing professionally in 1983 and since then has written hundreds of articles, several film treatments and screenplays, numerous industrial video scripts, and a wealth of advertising copy. He coauthored and edited the World War II memoirs of his father, Hugh Nibley, into the book Sergeant Nibley PhD: Memories of an Unlikely Screaming Eagle, which was published by Shadow Mountain Press to critical and popular acclaim. Sergeant Nibley PhD has recently been released in an ebook edition.

Alex’s young adult novel Smallsword, with multimedia enhancements, will be available in a digital format mid-2012. His multimedia children’s book Who Will Mia Look Like! is due out at the end of 2012.

The first volume of the 4-Volume ebook set of books on Frank Daniel’s Film Analysis principles will be available in a beta version in Fall, 2012, with the next three volumes coming out over the following six months.
